For the benchmark assessment, I gave myself a 5 if I got everything right, a 4 If I got one or two things wrong, and I did not understand "M" and "P." I'm comfortable with concepts that I apply regularly in instrumental music, such as pitch, rhythm, etc. but not as comfortable with concepts I do not apply regularly, such as intervals and ear training.
